DualPG‐DTA: A Large Language Model‐Powered Graph Neural Network Framework for Enhanced Drug‐Target Affinity Prediction and Discovery of Novel CDK9 Inhibitors Exhibiting in Vivo Anti‐Leukemia Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces DualPG‐DTA, a framework integrating two pre‐trained models to generate molecular and protein representations. It constructs dual graphs processed by specialized neural networks with dynamic attention for feature fusion, achieving superior benchmark performance.

Use of surface electromyography in phonation studies: an integrative review

open access: yesInternational Archives of Otorhinolaryngology, 2013
Summary Introduction: Surface electromyography has been used to assess the extrinsic laryngeal muscles during chewing and swallowing, but there have been few studies assessing these muscles during phonation.

Fermented Lacticaseibacillus Paracasei Cultures Ameliorate Colitis by Modulating Microbiota‐Derived Tryptophan Metabolism and Macrophage Polarization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A solid‐state fermented probiotic (PYW) is developed using wheat bran as substrate, containing high viable Lacticaseibacillus paracasei and bioactive metabolites. PYW alleviates intestinal inflammation by gut microbiota composition, enriching indole derivatives, activating aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling, and regulating macrophage polarization. PYW

Gut–Metabolome–Proteome Interactions in Age‐Related Hearing Loss: Insights from Fecal Microbiota Transplantation and Multi‐Omics Analyses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Germ‐free (GF) mice receiving fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) reveal microbiota‐dependent effects on auditory aging. Integrated metagenomic, metabolomic and proteomic profiling maps gut–inner ear network and highlights 5‐hydroxytryptophan (5‐HTP) as a microbiota‐linked metabolic hub in age‐related hearing loss (ARHL).

Obstructive sleep apnea and oral language disorders

open access: yesBrazilian Journal of Otorhinolaryngology, 2017
Children and adolescents with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) may have consequences, such as daytime sleepiness and learning, memory, and attention disorders, that may interfere in oral language. To verify, based on the literature, whether OSA in children was correlated to oral language disorders.A literature review was carried out in the Lilacs, PubMed ...

Real‐Time In Vivo Monitoring of Anastomotic Intestinal Ischemia Using Implantable Resorbable Organic Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Resorbable impedance sensors are successfully implanted into porcine small intestinal anastomoses. Impedance was recorded for 2 hours prior, and 2 hours following ischemia induction, and a significant drop in tissue impedance was observed. Abstract Anastomotic failure remains one of the most severe complications in gastrointestinal surgery.

Spatial Transcriptomics of TMJ Reveals a Remodeling Fibroblast‐Immune Microenvironment Driving Arthritis Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Spatial transcriptomics reveals a remodeled fibroblast‐immune microenvironment in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) during arthritis. By combining seqFISH with genetic mouse models, this study uncovers TMJ spatial cell atalas, macrophage‐fibroblast crosstalk, and cytokine signaling pathways driving TMJ inflammation and pain.
