Palmitoylation by ZDHHC18 blocks ORF3a K27‐linked ubiquitination mediated by TRIM16, thereby preventing its proteasomal degradation and strengthening viral pathogenesis. Targeting palmitoylation through a pharmacological inhibitor (2‐BP), a competitive inhibitory peptide (OPIP), or adenovirus‐mediated knockdown of ZDHHC18 expression presents a ...

RNA structural profiling of Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus by DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM analyses uncover that viral genome‐wide RSS is highly complicated and heterogeneous, with alternative RSSs widely distributed across the genome. Notably, the viral 3’ tRNA‐like structure adopts alternative conformations in vivo.

Aging and Electrical Stability of DNTT Honey‐Gated OFETs
DNTT honey‐gated organic transistors were fabricated and evaluated to assess short‐ and long‐term stability under electrical stress and aging. Short‐term transfer measurements (five days, 40 sweeps/day) showed minimal parameter shift, while extended measurements revealed gradual degradation over weeks.

Highly Stabilized Ni‐Rich Cathodes Enabled by Artificially Reversing Naturally‐Formed Interface
The application of Ni‐rich cathode materials is obstructed by interfacial and structural instability. This work proposes a facile and cost‐effective Al‐based vapor‐phase surface reaction strategy on Ni‐rich cathode to maintain its structural integrity from near‐surface to bulk.

Evaluating oral reading fluency in English as a Second Language: A quantitative analysis
Background: There is a dearth of research on second language oral reading fluency (ORF) globally, particularly in Pakistan, both in theory and practice. No ORF scores are reported in any schools in Pakistan.

CARE1, a TY3-gypsy long terminal repeat retrotransposon in the food legume chickpea (Cicer arietinum L) [PDF]
We report a novel Ty3-gypsy long terminal repeat retrotransposon CARE1 (_Cicer arietinum_ retro-element 1) in chickpea. This 5920-bp AT-rich (63%) element carries 723-bp 5' and 897-bp 3' LTRs respectively flanking an internal region of 4300-bp.

Machine Learning Driven Inverse Design of Broadband Acoustic Superscattering
Multilayer acoustic superscatterers are designed using machine learning to achieve broadband superscattering and strong sound insulation. By incorporating a weighted mean absolute error into the loss function, the forward and inverse neural networks accurately map structural parameters to spectral responses.

Replication characteristics of herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1) recombinants in 3 types of tissue cultures [PDF]
A complication in the analysis of the role of ICP34.5 gene in the herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1) lifecycle is the presence of overlapping antisense gene, open reading frame P (ORF P), which is also deleted in HSV-1 ICP34.5 negative mutants.
