A low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐oriented biomimetic nanoplatform couples brain‐tumor delivery with a mechanistically matched regorafenib‐erythrodiol combination. Concurrent disruption of autophagic nutrient salvage and cholesterol homeostasis collapses bioenergetic and signaling support, suppresses glioblastoma stemness, and promotes immunogenic ...

L‐Cysteine and N‐Acetylcysteine Supplementation Improves Clinical Outcome in a Patient With COXPD10
ABSTRACT MTO1 is a nuclear gene that encodes a mitochondrial protein essential for modifying mitochondrial transfer RNAs (tRNAs) and stabilizing codon‐anticodon interactions to ensure accurate and efficient mitochondrial protein synthesis and oxidative phosphorylation.

ABSTRACT Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nanoscale membrane‐bound structures that play a pivotal role in intercellular communication by transporting bioactive molecules, including proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and organelles, between cells. Originating from the endosomal pathway, EVs reflect the physiological and pathological status of their parent

Downregulated CAV1 in HO is restored via apoptotic bodies from PMSCs, which reprogram bone remodeling by delivering CAV1 to target cells, highlighting the therapeutic role of EV subtypes in heterotopic ossification. Abstract Heterotopic ossification (HO) is a pathological process characterized by ectopic bone formation in non‐osseous tissues, with an ...

MTCH2 in regulation of mitochondrial dynamics and metabolism: new insights and perspectives
Mitochondrial dynamics and metabolic plasticity bestow the adaptive flexibility to fit cellular stress and metabolic demands. Mitochondrial carrier homolog 2 (MTCH2) MTCH2 is initially recognized for its role in mediating apoptosis through the ...

During intraerythrocytic schizogony, malaria parasites assemble the apical secretory organelles micronemes and rhoptries de novo, which are required for host cell invasion. These apical organelles are thought to arise from post-Golgi vesicles.

Mitochondria‐endoplasmic reticulum contact sites (MERCS) are areas where the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum closely interact. In this study, we utilize synthetic organelle glues to artificially engineer MERCS for regulating cardiomyocyte development, through which the immature and chemo‐plasticity issues of undifferentiated cells are addressed.
