A New Lignan from the Leaves of Orthosiphon aristatus

Chemistry of Natural Compounds, 2021
Investigation of the methanol extract of the leaves of Orthosiphon aristatus led to the isolation of four compounds. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and comparison with the literature. Among these compounds, compound 1 is a new lignan, and 2–4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
