The automorphisms and error orbits of Reed – Solomon codes [PDF]

open access: yesДоклады Белорусского государственного университета информатики и радиоэлектроники, 2020
The purpose of this work with its results presented in the article was to develop and transfer to the class of Reed – Solomon codes (RS-codes) the basic provisions of the theory of syndrome norms (TNS), previously developed for the noise-resistant coding

New Perspectives on Braided Convolutional Codes [Elektronisk resurs] [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Braided convolutional codes (BCCs) are a type of parallel-concatenated convolutional code in which the parity outputs of one component encoder are fed back and used as inputs to the other component encoder at the succeeding time unit.

An approach for generating different types of gray codes [PDF]

open access: yes, 1984
Given a certain Gray code consisting of 2n codewords, it is possible to generate from it n! 2n codes by permuting and/or complementing the bits in all the codewords in the same manner.

Delayed-type hypersensitivity to allogeneic cells in mice. III. Sensitivity to cell-surface antigens coded by the major histocompatibility complex and by other genes. [PDF]

open access: yesThe Journal of experimental medicine, 1979
DTH could be induced to cell-surface antigens coded by either H-2 or non-H-2 genes. Sensitivity was more readily induced across I region than across K- or D-region differences. The presence of an I-region difference during sensitization did not significantly increase the DTH response to K- or D-region-coded antigens.

Neuroendocrine prostate cancer has distinctive, non-prostatic HOX code that is represented by the loss of HOXB13 expression

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2021
HOX gene-encoded homeobox proteins control body patterning during embryonic development; the specific expression pattern of HOX genes may correspond to tissue identity. In this study, using RNAseq data of 1019 human cancer cell lines that originated from

Performance Analysis for Cooperative Communication System with QC-LDPC Codes Constructed with Integer Sequences

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
This paper presents four different integer sequences to construct quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes with mathematical theory. The paper introduces the procedure of the coding principle and coding.

Structure of cDNA clones coding for human type II procollagen. The α 1(II) chain is more similar to the α 1(I) chain than two other α chains of fibrillar collagens [PDF]

open access: yesBiochemical Journal, 1989
Overlapping cDNA clones were isolated for human type II procollagen. Nucleotide sequencing of the clones provided over 2.5 kb of new coding sequences for the human pro alpha 1(II) gene and the first complete amino acid sequence of type II procollagen from any species.
