Oxidative Stability of Nano-Microstructures containing fish oil [PDF]
Electrohydrodynamic processing is a straightforward and versatile encapsulation technique suitable for the production of nano-microstructures (NMS) (e.g. fibers and capsules) containing bioactive compounds. The process is very gentle and does not require the use of heat, avoiding deterioration of thermolabile active compounds such as fish oil. Moreover,

Light wavelength encodes distinct macrophage fates through mitochondrial and metabolic remodeling. Red 625 nm irradiation induces glycolysis, mitochondrial fission, and M1 polarization, whereas near‐infrared 850 nm irradiation promotes fatty acid oxidation, mitochondrial fusion, and M2 polarization.

Oxidation Parameters of Sardine Oil Extracted from Fish Oil Emulsion
Fish oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, so it is made into an emulsion preparation. The emulsifier used must be able to protect the oil during storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the oxidation parameters of sardine fish oil extracted from the emulsion.

NMI Regulates Adipose Adaptive Thermogenesis Through TLR4/IRF3 Signaling to Promote Obesity
Adipose tissue‐derived NMI is secreted under metabolic stress and suppresses adaptive thermogenesis through TLR4/IRF3 signaling, repressing the PPARα/PGC‐1α/UCP1 thermogenic transcriptional program. Genetic ablation or anti ‐ NMI monoclonal antibody treatment enhances energy expenditure, protects against DIO, and ameliorates adipose tissue inflammation,

Thermally Processable, Transparent, Mechanically Tunable and Robust Bioplastics From Wastepaper
Unlike conventional inefficient or low‐value wastepaper recycling, a directional transformation strategy is employed to convert whole wastepaper into intact bioplastics with tunable mechanical properties in our work. These bioplastics can be processed into flexible bags or rigid containers and exhibit high transparency, water resistance, repairability,

Lesion Site‐Targeted Microspheres Modulate Nav1.7‐Related Signaling for Osteoarthritis Treatment
Cartilage‐targeted carbamazepine‐loaded WYRGRL‐modified composite microspheres (CBZ/WCOM) anchor to exposed type II collagen in osteoarthritic lesions and release carbamazepine under acidic conditions. This bind‐then‐release platform modulates Nav1.7‐related sodium signaling, Na⁺/Ca²⁺ exchanger‐associated Ca2+ dynamics, and heat shock protein 70 ...

Therapeutic role and mechanism of human urine stem cells (hUSCs) in pulmonary fibrosis. hUSCs alleviated pulmonary fibrosis by selectively inhibiting macrophage‐myofibroblast transition (MMT) in two ways: on one hand, hUSCs inhibited mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS) production and apoptosis/senescence of epithelial cells in pulmonary ...
