探讨肿瘤患者血浆可溶性P-选择素(P-selectin)检测的意义。方法用ELISA法检测116例不同肿瘤患者血浆中可溶性P-selectin的含量。结果各组肿瘤患者血浆可溶性P-selectin均明显高于正常人对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肿瘤患者血浆可溶性P-selectin含量与正常人有差异,检测可溶性P-selectin有可能成为肿瘤辅助诊断的一项有价值的指标。
