The Separation of Berberine and Palmatine by the Ion Exchange Method

Biomedicine & PharmacotherapyPreviously, we demonstrated that palmatine (PALM) - an isoquinoline alkaloid from Berberis sibrica radix, exerted antiseizure activity in the pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizure assay in larval zebrafish.
