Expression of GmCRKs in response to PAMPs.
RNA-seq data of flg22+chitin treated tissues. Expression values were retrieved from the 'Genevestigator' database. Expression intensities of PAMPs-treated samples were compared to untreated control experiments and log2-ratios were used for visualization.

Broad adsorption of sepsis-related PAMP and DAMP molecules, mycotoxins, and cytokines from whole blood using CytoSorb® sorbent porous polymer beads. [PDF]
Sepsis is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. In sepsis and septic shock, pathogen-associated molecular pattern molecules (PAMPS), such as bacterial exotoxins, cause direct cellular damage ...

SAA1 sees PAMP in the mite [PDF]
Immunology If you wake up with streaming eyes and nose, it could be that you are allergic to the house dust mite. The molecular mechanisms through which the molecular patterns of such organisms initiate allergic responses is poorly understood. Smole et al .

Surface‐host dialogue at the implant interface governs biological fate and osseointegration. Surface physicochemical properties of titanium (Ti) dental implants, including microgrooves, nanopatterns, nanotopography, roughness, and wettability, modulate the initial adsorption of proteins and the formation of a dynamic biointerface.

ABSTRACT Accumulating evidence suggests that the intestinal microbiota participates in the progression of metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) through microbiota‐host interaction. However, the beneficial role of commensal mycobiota in MASLD progression remains poorly understood.

Studies on Preparation and Properties of PVDF-g-PAMPS Membrane
A proton exchange membrane of poly (vinylidene fluoride) grafted onto poly (2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid) (PVDF-g-PAMPS) was prepared as follows: acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) was first added to a N-Methyl pyrrolidone (NMP)

The cellular actors of oxytocin signaling are under intense scrutiny. A brain‐wide anatomical and functional analysis in mice and rats reveals widespread expression of oxytocin receptors in astrocytes. These receptors are functionally active and, in the nucleus accumbens, selectively regulate male social affiliation.

C-type lectin in Chlamys farreri (CfLec-1) mediating immune recognition and opsonization. [PDF]
BACKGROUND: C-type lectins are a superfamily of Ca(2+) dependent carbohydrate-recognition proteins that play significant diverse roles in nonself-recognition and clearance of invaders.
