Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation results in the expulsion of granulocyte proteins and DNA into the extracellular space. This process is mediated by the enzyme peptidyl arginine deiminase 4 (PADI4) and translocation of elastase to the nucleus.

Shaping Matter with Acoustic Waves: From Particles to Functional Structures
Acoustic‐directed assembly is reviewed as a materials‐oriented strategy for organizing particles, polymers, metals, and biological systems into functional structures. The review distinguishes reversible manipulation from permanent structure formation through medium fixation, particle fixation, and in situ material generation, highlighting routes toward

An AI‐powered, robot‐assisted framework automatically produces, images, and analyzes 3D tumor spheroids to evaluate drug efficacy. Integrated modules handle spheroid formation, live/dead staining, brightfield imaging, and automated image analysis, including spheroid segmentation, viability and metrics to assess the drug treatment efficacy. The workflow

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots
This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.

Ever since the first descriptions of methods to isolate pancreatic stellate cells (PSCs) from rodent and human pancreas 17 years ago, rapid advances have been made in our understanding of the biology of these cells and their functions in health and disease. This review updates recent literature in the field, which indicates an increasingly complex role
