Recent Advances in Top‐Down Proteomics for Single‐Cell Research
ABSTRACT Individual cells have distinctive molecular characteristics, including biologically relevant proteoforms. Although single‐cell (SC) molecular omics offer unprecedented insights into cellular heterogeneity and function, the characterization of proteoforms in SCs remains an uncharted territory.

ABSTRACT Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) is a targeted radiotherapy that exploits the selective accumulation of the 10B isotope within tumors, followed by irradiation with low‐energy neutrons to induce high linear energy transfer particles with short path lengths, resulting in localized tumor cell destruction while sparing surrounding healthy ...

An elderly male patient with extramammary Paget disease of the scrotum and multiple metastases was treated with fractionated FLASH‐RT (40 Gy in 5 fractions) in the scrotal lesion. Abstract Objective Ultrahigh‐dose‐rate radiotherapy (FLASH‐RT) has been shown to reduce radiation‐induced normal tissue injury in preclinical studies.
