Hydrogen‐State‐Engineered Oxide Semiconductor Channels Enabling Reliable 2T0C DRAM Operation
We introduce a three‐step hydrogen annealing method for oxide semiconductor devices that modulates hydrogen incorporation and its passivation behavior. Consequently, interface traps are suppressed, whereas the mobility, reliability, and data retention of the IGO‐based 2T0C DRAM are simultaneously improved.

Neuroprotective Effects of Phenothiazines on Acute Ischemic Stroke
For acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion, adjunctive neuroprotective therapy with mechanical thrombectomy is important; however, current treatment options are relatively limited. Phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine and promethazine (C + P) have shown potential neuroprotective effects in preclinical studies.

USM protects against aging‐induced liver injury by modulating the gut‐liver axis. It enriches beneficial microbiota (e.g., Akkermansia and Lactobacillus) and upregulates tight junction proteins (ZO‐1, Occludin, Claudin) to restore the intestinal barrier.
