Beads‐on‐a‐Tip testing for ultrasensitive antigen detection across a large dynamic range
Smart Molecules, EarlyView.Non‐specific adsorption on nitrocellulose membranes limits the sensitivity of conventional lateral flow immunoassays. Here, we present a Beads‐on‐a‐Tip immunoassay that replaces the membrane with magnetic beads for antigen capture and enrichment, while employing upconversion nanoparticles as background‐free luminescent reporters.
