Bioorthogonal Fluorogenic Reporters for Noninvasive Imaging and Urinalysis of Immunotherapeutic Response in Renal Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reported renal‐clearable bio‐orthogonal near‐infrared fluorogenic probes (BGRs) that specifically imaging and urinalysis of granzyme B for dynamic evaluation of RCC immunotherapy. BGRs not only differentiate immunotherapeutic responses in orthotopic RCC mice, but also enable sensitive optical urinalysis of granzyme B in clinical specimens ...

The regulatory roles of choline in the immune response induced by LPS and transplantation in pearl oysters Pinctada fucata martensii

open access: yesAquaculture Reports
Choline (Cho) plays a pivotal role in cellular and organismal homeostasis. In this study, transcriptome and serum immune indicator analysis were used to focus on the immune regulatory roles of Cho in the LPS and transplantation induced immune responses ...

A Non‐Canonical Role of SMAD4 in Regulating 3D Genome Architecture to Inhibit Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SMAD4 is identified as a guardian of 3D genome architecture in lung squamous cell carcinoma. Loss of SMAD4 unleashes EP300 at chromatin loop anchors, strengthening enhancer–promoter looping and H3K27ac at the SOX2 locus to drive aberrant SOX2 activation and tumor cell proliferation.

Transcriptome analysis reveals the transition and crosslinking of immune response and biomineralization in shell damage repair in pearl oyster

open access: yesAquaculture Reports, 2021
The exoskeleton outside the soft body in shelled Mollusca defends against physical damage and parasite invasion and frequently undergoes biological and abiotic disturbance in natural and farmed environments, causing shell damage and environmental ...

NMI Regulates Adipose Adaptive Thermogenesis Through TLR4/IRF3 Signaling to Promote Obesity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Adipose tissue‐derived NMI is secreted under metabolic stress and suppresses adaptive thermogenesis through TLR4/IRF3 signaling, repressing the PPARα/PGC‐1α/UCP1 thermogenic transcriptional program. Genetic ablation or anti ‐ NMI monoclonal antibody treatment enhances energy expenditure, protects against DIO, and ameliorates adipose tissue inflammation,

Cloning and functional characterization of PmΔ5FAD in pearl oyster Pinctada fucata martensii

open access: yesAquaculture Reports, 2022
Pinctada fucata martensii produces high-quality pearls. However, excess immune and inflammatory response after grafting operation will lead to nucleus rejection, pearl sac formation failure, and death of the host pearl oyster. Polyunsaturated fatty acids

A Solution for Exosome‐Based Analysis: Surface‐Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and Artificial Intelligence

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Exosomes are emerging as powerful biomarkers for disease diagnosis and monitoring. This review highlights the integration of surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy with artificial intelligence to enhance molecular fingerprinting of exosomes. Machine learning and deep learning techniques improve spectral interpretation, enabling accurate classification of ...
