Renal Clearable Luminogenic Reporter for Ultrasensitive Influenza Virus Imaging and Efficient Antiviral Therapies Monitoring in Living Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A viral luminogenic reporter with chemiluminescence/fluorescence dual‐response and efficient renal clearance was developed for non‐invasive imaging and urinalysis of H1N1 virus protease, allowing for remote detection of H1N1 virus infections and monitoring of antiviral therapeutic efficacy in living mice.

Transcriptome analysis provides novel insights into the factors influencing the settlement and metamorphosis of Pinctada maxima

open access: yesAquaculture Reports
The metamorphosis of the planktonic larvae of bivalve species plays a key role in their complex life history strategies, and this process involves changes in the molecular machinery required for sessile life and the development of intricate shells ...

Livestock Multi‐Omics Integration: A Systematic Framework From Statistical Association to Causal Interpretation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A three‐tier livestock multi‐omics framework resolves four typical analytical pitfalls. Moving from statistical association through machine learning preprocessing to triple‐modal causal inference, it converts omics results into genomic selection and gene editing strategies to achieve One Health, underpinned by multi‐omics data, multimodal sequencing ...

Histamine-mediated immune regulation in pearl oysters (Pinctada fucata martensii): Insights into regulatory functions and mechanisms

open access: yesAquaculture Reports
Histamine (HA) serves as a crucial neurotransmitter in both vertebrates and invertebrates, exerting a pivotal role in immune regulation. However, the regulatory functions of HA in mollusks remain largely unexplored.

Femoral Head Allograft Glenoid Bone Reconstruction in Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Glenoid bone loss remains a significant challenge in both primary and revision reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA), particularly following infection, erosion, or component explantation. Adequate reconstruction is critical to restore the native joint line, inclination, and version while ensuring baseplate fixation and long‐term stability ...

Kinds of nucleus for effective pearl cultivation of the pearl oysters, Pinctada fucata [PDF]

open access: yesSongklanakarin Journal of Science and Technology (SJST), 2007
Seeding is the most important aspect of pearl cultivation, and appropriate nucleus can determine the quality of a pearl : nacre secretion and accumulation around the nucleus.
