Sperm‐derived circRNA‐1572 competitively binds to bta‐miR‐2478‐L‐2 through a “sponge” mechanism to regulate cyclin B2 (CCNB2) expression, thereby modulating the distribution of fibrous actin (F‐actin) in early pig embryos, ensuring proper chromosome segregation during mitosis, and facilitating normal embryo cleavage and zygotic genome activation.

Targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b: A Novel Combinatorial Strategy to Drive Adult Cardiac Regeneration
The article explores a novel therapeutic strategy for cardiac regeneration by targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b. Combinatorial inhibition of miR‐1a and miR‐15b enhances cardiomyocyte proliferation, improves heart function, and reduces fibrosis in myocardial infarction models.

The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. The globular shape and hydrophobicity of zein made it unsuitable to be processed in pure aqueous environment. Pepsin‐mediated hydrolysis converts zein into water‐soluble and fibril‐forming peptides with a bioconversion rate exceeding 70%, enabling the self‐assembly of amyloid‐like nanofibrils.
