Villoglandular Adenocarcinoma of the Cervix With Ovarian Metastasis Mimicking a Borderline Ovarian Tumor: A Rare Case Report

Diagnosis relied on matching immunohistochemistry and HPV16 DNA detection in both sites. The patient underwent surgery and chemoradiotherapy, remaining recurrence‐free.

A 64 years old woman with abdominal pain, weight loss, and anemia had a massive adrenal tumor that required complex surgery. ACC should be considered in large abdominal masses. Complete surgical resection is essential.

A Rare Hepatoblastoma in a 10‐Year‐Old Boy Presenting With Tumor Rupture and Normal Alpha‐Fetoprotein Levels: A Case Report

A 10‐year‐old boy presented with a large hepatic mass (12.0 × 11.6 × 10.6 cm), classified as PRETEXT III, despite normal alpha‐fetoprotein levels (1.28 ng/mL). Tumor rupture necessitated emergency right trisectionectomy and radical colectomy. Histopathology confirmed mixed epithelial‐mesenchymal teratoid hepatoblastoma.
