Biodegradable 3D‐Printable and Coatable Antifouling Composites for Marine Applications
Marine biofouling damages submerged surfaces and raises greenhouse gas emissions. Biodegradable antifouling biocomposites were developed by hot‐mixing beeswax, Tween 80, and calcium stearate or stearic acid. Adjusting the component ratio enables processing via hot‐pressing, 3D‐printing, or dip‐coating.

A dynamic interfacial semi‐interpenetrating polymer network is constructed by sequential assembly of β‐sheet‐rich SF and CS‐RL. The SF framework provides mechanical strength, while dynamically associated CS‐RL enables local rearrangement, allowing droplets to rapidly reconfigure without loss of interfacial integrity.

An ultrathin nanocomposite MXene‐based multilayer effectively blocks hydrogen permeation by presenting a tortuous, layered structure. When the MXene is layered with reduced graphene oxide modified with a polycation, the resulting nanocomposite retains its hydrogen gas barrier properties at temperatures as high as 400°C (permeability of 7.13 ± 0.09 × 10−

TRANSUNGUAL PERMEATION OF THE VORICONAZOLE NAIL LACQUER AGAINST TRICHOPHYTON RUBRUM [PDF]
Introduction: The oral therapies encounter side effects and topical therapies for nail diseases are limited by poor permeability of nail plate. An optimal penetration enhancer would improve drug delivery through nail plate facilitating new possibilities ...

How the Porous Transport Layer Dictates Membrane Electrode Assembly Performance of IrO2 Catalysts
The Schottky barrier formed at the catalyst | PTL interface critically governs both the initial performance and long‐term durability of the PEMWE, and its magnitude is dictated by the catalyst's work function. This limitation can be resolved by combining a rutile IrO2 core for efficient electron transfer with an amorphous IrOx shell for high surface ...

Self‐Adaptive Gradient Interphase Enables Durable Solid‐State Lithium Metal Batteries
This work presents a machine learning‐guided interfacial design that forms a self‐adaptive graded interphase on lithium metal anode. A B105M40 composite interlayer evolves into lithiophilic, porous, and fast‐ion‐conducting phases, enabling intimate contact, dendrite suppression, and uniform lithium deposition.

Effects of dimethylformamide and l-menthol permeation enhancers on transdermal delivery of quercetin [PDF]
In this work a feasibility study of transdermal delivery system for quercertin (Q) in carbopol gel through abdominal hairless pig skin in vitro was performed. Dimethylformamide (DMF) and L-menthol (M) were selected as enhancers.
