Machine Learning‐Assisted Prediction and Generation of Antimicrobial Peptides
A machine learning‐based in silico predictive and generative model is developed to engineer highly effective antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) for combating multidrug‐resistant pathogens. An iterative algorithm involving peptide generation, scoring, and motif identification produces AMPs with high theoretical scores.
