Cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6)‐mediated bioactivation of tamoxifen to endoxifen is a key determinant of therapeutic efficacy in estrogen receptor‐positive breast cancer. In Asian populations, the high prevalence of structurally complex CYP2D6 alleles complicates conventional genotyping, limiting accurate genotype–phenotype correlation.

CDO1 as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in gastric cancer: Mechanistic insights into the PI3K/AKT‐THBS1 axis and epigenetic reactivation by decitabine

CDO1 is a tumour suppressor in gastric cancer that directly binds PI3K p85α, disrupting p85α–p110α dimerization to inhibit the PI3K/AKT–THBS1 axis.
