CHIN117 is a dual cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CYSLTR1) antagonist and G‐protein‐coupled bile acid receptor 1 (GPBAR1) agonist. In the liver, GPBAR1 and CYSLTR1 are coexpressed by liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs), HSCs, circulating monocytes/macrophages, and liver resident macrophages (Kupffer cells).

Endocytic Control of Cell‐Autonomous and Non‐Cell‐Autonomous Functions of p53

NUMB Ex3‐containing isoforms localize to the plasma membrane, where they recruit p53 through SNX9 and direct it to multivesicular bodies and exosomes. Exported p53 is taken up by neighboring cells and activates nuclear programs, revealing an intercellular, exosome‐based pathway that might help establish a tumor‐suppressive microenvironment.

The insoluble residue from Tetrahymena mimbres cells that had been preincubated in vivo for 2 h with [3H]myristic acid and then exhaustively delipidated with organic solvents retained radioactivity, principally in material which migrated on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with an apparent molecular mass of 10-14 kDa.
