Trapped ion mobility spectrometry and PASEF enable in-depth lipidomics from minimal sample amounts
A comprehensive characterization of the lipidome from limited starting material remains very challenging. Here we report a high-sensitivity lipidomics workflow based on nanoflow liquid chromatography and trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS).

This study identifies the RUNX1/SLAMF3 axis as a key driver of colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM). SLAMF3 suppresses macrophage phagocytosis and depletes C1QC⁺ tumor‐associated macrophages, promoting an immunosuppressive microenvironment. Targeting this axis restores macrophage and CD8⁺ T cell activity and reduces metastasis.

Lipidomics analysis reveals new insights into the goose fatty liver formation
: Our previous study described the mechanism of goose fatty liver formation from cell culture and transcriptome. However, how lipidome of goose liver response to overfeeding is unclear.

Advecting Scaffolds: Controlling The Remodelling Of Actomyosin With Anillin [PDF]
We propose and analyse an active hydrodynamic theory that characterises the effects of the scaffold protein anillin. Anillin is found at major sites of cortical activity, such as adherens junctions and the cytokinetic furrow, where the canonical regulator of actomyosin remodelling is the small GTPase, RhoA.

Short-term exposure to antimony induces hepatotoxicity and metabolic remodeling in rats
Antimony (Sb) poses a significant threat to human health due to sharp increases in its exploitation and application globally, but few studies have explored the pathophysiological mechanisms of acute hepatotoxicity induced by Sb exposure.
