An annotated corpus with nanomedicine and pharmacokinetic parameters [PDF]
A vast amount of data on nanomedicines is being generated and published, and natural language processing (NLP) approaches can automate the extraction of unstructured text-based data. Annotated corpora are a key resource for NLP and information extraction

Synthesis and properties of lipoamino acid/fatty acid mixtures. Influence of the amphiphilic structure. [PDF]
The acylation of amino acids by acid chlorides with from 8 to 12 carbon atoms, in alkaline aqueous medium following Shotten-Baumann reaction, results in sodium salts of Nα-acylamino acids and fatty acids mixture. These lastest are present in proportion

Disordered but rhythmic—the role of intrinsic protein disorder in eukaryotic circadian timing
Unstructured domains known as intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are present in nearly every part of the eukaryotic core circadian oscillator. IDRs enable many diverse inter‐ and intramolecular interactions that support clock function. IDR conformations are highly tunable by post‐translational modifications and environmental conditions, which ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...
