A Biotechnological Approach to Enzyme‐Based Fertilisers: Immobilisation of Acid Phosphatases

open access: yesMicrobial Biotechnology, Volume 19, Issue 6, June 2026.
The immobilization performance of M2‐32 varied with clay type, with palygorskite providing the highest catalytic reaction and stability. After immobilization, the enzyme preserved its broad pH and temperature tolerance. Neither the free nor the immobilized protein produced measurable changes in the rhizosphere microbial diversity.

Plasma Activated Water (PAW) in Organic Cultivation: An Experimental Study on Soil Properties and Plant Responses

open access: yesEnvironmental Microbiology Reports, Volume 18, Issue 3, June 2026.
This study demonstrates that PAW enhances microbial activity and nutrient cycling in organically managed soils, highlighting its potential for organic agricultural practices. ABSTRACT Plasma‐activated water (PAW), known for containing reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS), is used to improve different agronomic traits in crops.

Klebsiella sp. strain B7 enhances alkaline tolerance by secreting pyruvic acid to accelerate L‐malic acid accumulation in soybean

open access: yesJournal of Integrative Plant Biology, Volume 68, Issue 6, Page 1727-1743, June 2026.
Klebsiella sp. strain B7 acts as a positive regulator in alkaline stress responses in soybean. By activating pyruvic acid metabolism and L‐malic acid biosynthesis pathways, B7 significantly increases alkaline tolerance and yield in soybean. ABSTRACT Alkaline stress is a major constraint on crop growth and development and negatively impacts soybean ...

Para‐Aortic Lymph Node Metastasis Detected by Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in Cervical Cancer Initially Presumed to be Stage IA2: A Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Research, Volume 52, Issue 6, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Sentinel node navigation surgery (SNNS) minimizes unnecessary lymphadenectomy and its associated complications while enhancing detection of lymph node micrometastases through ultrastaging. A 34‐year‐old nulligravid woman with a history of CIN2 was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (4.5 mm width, 4 mm depth) with lymphovascular invasion ...
