Comparative Metabolomic Analysis of Phenolic Compounds in Different Ramulus Mori (Sangzhi) Based on UPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS

A study on Ramulus mori (Sangzhi) from various regions in China revealed significant differences in polyphenol and flavonoid contents, with the Xinjiang variety (XJYS) showing the highest levels. Using UPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS technology, 128 phenolic metabolites were identified, with 17 differential ones screened out.
