eFood, Volume 6, Issue 2, April 2025.A study on Ramulus mori (Sangzhi) from various regions in China revealed significant differences in polyphenol and flavonoid contents, with the Xinjiang variety (XJYS) showing the highest levels. Using UPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS technology, 128 phenolic metabolites were identified, with 17 differential ones screened out.
