Pediatric Discovery, EarlyView.MSC‐Exo derived from human umbilical cord (HucMSC‐Exo) downregulates INHBA expression, consequently modulating the PI3K/AKT signaling cascade. This regulation attenuates renal fibroblast activation and extracellular matrix deposition, thereby exerting a renoprotective effect against fibrosis.

Allergy, EarlyView.Imaging mass cytometry shows lupus panniculitis lesions are dominated by cytotoxic and skin‐homing T cells with abundant macrophages and B‐cell aggregates.
