Near‐Infrared Fluorescent Single‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes for Biosensing
Near‐infrared fluorescent single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) stand out as versatile biosensors due to their spectral overlap with the biological transparency window, surface‐sensitive fluorescence emission, and chemical modularity. This review offers a concise guide to understanding the photophysics of SWCNTs, various functionalization strategies,

Harnessing synthetic key receptor modulators, this study presents a breakthrough in Wnt/β‐catenin regulation. The FZD agonist RRP‐pbFn bypasses LRP5/6 to drive organoid expansion and tissue regeneration, while the LRP antagonist RRP‐Dkk1c eradicates tumors. These tools enable precise pathway control, advancing regenerative and cancer therapies.

A senomorphic miRNA cocktail (E5), consisting of miR‐181a‐5p, miR‐92a‐3p, miR‐21‐5p, and miR‐186‐5p, was identified from a pool of miRNAs enriched in extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from multiple functional human stem cell types. E5 reduces senescence and SASP markers both in cell culture and in aged mice.
