Toxicologic Pathology, 1989Hypopigmentation was the principal manifestation of systemic toxicity when the experimental platelet aggregation inhibitor, PD-89454, was orally administered to Beagle dogs for 28 days. Zeitschrift f�r Krebsforschung und Klinische Onkologie, 1976Patients with metastatic cancer have a permanent shortening of platelet survival and increased platelet consumption.
