Pluronic F127-based micelles for tumor-targeted bufalin delivery [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Pharmaceutics, 2019
In this study, we developed novel thermal and redox-responsive micelles based on the Pluronic F127 tri-block copolymer and employed these for redox-responsive intratumor release of bufalin, an anti-cancer drug. Pluronic F127 was first functionalized with carboxylate groups, and then assembled into micelles.

Microscale adhesion patterns for the precise localization of amoeba [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
In order to get a better understanding of amoeba-substrate interactions in the processes of cellular adhesion and directional movement, we engineered glass surfaces with defined local adhesion characteristics at a micrometric scale. Amoeba (Dictyostelium

Tough interpenetrating Pluronic F127/polyacrylic acid hydrogels

open access: yesPolymer, 2013
Abstract Tough interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogels with pH- and temperature sensitivity were prepared by crosslinking copolymerization of acrylic acid (AAc) and N,N′-methylenebis(acrylamide) in 20 w/v% aqueous solutions of F127 (PEO 99 -PPO 65 -PEO 99 ).

The development and study of novel membrane materials based on polyphenylene isophthalamide - Pluronic F127 composite

open access: yesMaterials & Design, 2019
In the present study, novel pervaporation (nonporous, dense) and ultrafiltration (porous) membranes based on polyphenylene isophthalamide (PA) modified by Pluronic F127 (up to 20 wt%) used as a modifier and a pore-forming agent were developed and ...

Demulsifier-Inspired Superhydrophilic/Underwater Superoleophobic Membrane Modified with Polyoxypropylene Polyoxyethylene Block Polymer for Enhanced Oil/Water Separation Properties

open access: yesMolecules, 2023
Demulsifiers are considered the key materials for oil/water separation. Various works in recent years have shown that demulsifiers with polyoxypropylen epolyoxyethylene branched structures possess better demulsification effects. In this work, inspired by
