Harnessing Random Polymers as Chemoselective Catalysts With Structural Adaptability: Epoxidation of Olefinic Quaternary Ammonium Salts via Charge Recognition

The development of chemoselective catalysts that operate across structurally diverse substrates remains a long‐standing challenge. Here, we demonstrate that a random heteropolymer bearing carboxylic acid and urea residues functions as a general epoxidation catalyst for olefinic quaternary ammonium salts.

In this paper, we prove that in a finite dimensional probabilistic normed space, every two probabilistic norms are equivalent and we study the notion of $D$-compactness and $D$-boundedness in probabilistic normed spaces.

Total Synthesis of Sacrolide A and Cytotoxic Evaluation

Isolated from the edible cyanobacterium Aphanothece sacrum, sacrolide A is a highly potent antimicrobial and cytotoxic metabolite. Its total synthesis via a convergent strategy enabled accurate assessment of its effects on liver and colon cells, offering new insights into its bioactivity and potential health risks.
