New processable low band-gap, conjugated polyheterocycles
Synthetic Metals, 1993Abstract Poly(2,3-dihexylthieno[3,4-b]pyrazine) (2b) has been prepared by ferric chloride polymerization of 2,3-dihexylthieno[3,4-b]pyrazine(4) and studied. It is a dark blue-black soluble material which becomes light yellow in the doped state as either a solution or film. Doped films can be cast directly from solution.

Synthesis and antifungal activities of novel polyheterocyclic spirooxindole derivatives
Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry, 2015A series of spirooxindole tetrahydrofuran derivatives were obtained in moderate to good yields via base-mediated cascade [3+2] double Michael reactions under mild conditions. Their antifungal effects on selected five target phytopathogenic fungi were investigated, and their structure antifungal activity relationships were also discussed.

Novel alicyclic dianhydrides and polyheterocycles on their basis

Macromolecular Symposia, 1991AbstractDianhydrides of alicyclic tetracarboxylic acids were synthesized by chemical modification of tri‐cyclodecenetetracarboxylic dianhydride and its chloro‐containing derivatives. By polycondensation of these di‐anhydrides with diamines polyimides were obtained. Thermal and thermooxidative degradation of these polyimides are discussed.
