Phase Separation: A New Dimension to Understanding Tumor Biology and Therapy
Liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) facilitates the assembly of biomolecular condensates by leveraging weak multivalent interactions. The low‐complexity domains, foldable domains of proteins, and nucleic acids provide multivalent interaction sites among different molecules and contribute to the formation of condensates.

Oxidative Stress in Antigen Processing and Presentation
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a crucial role in antigen processing and presentation, essential for linking innate and adaptive immunity. While balanced ROS levels promote immune function, excess ROS can disrupt antigen recognition, resulting in immune dysfunction.

The SUV39 Family of H3K9 Methyltransferases in Skeletal Muscle Stem Cells
The SUV39 family members are well known for methylating the Lysine 9 of the histone H3 (H3K9) in order to compact the chromatin and contributing to gene repression. We describe their active role in proliferating and differentiating muscle stem cells, how they prevent from inflammation and fibrosis during muscle regeneration and the future avenues ...

Diabetes Advances Cardiomyocyte Senescence Through Interfering Rnd3 Expression and Function
Diabetes‐induced upregulation of miR‐103a‐3p suppresses Rnd3 expression in cardiomyocytes, thereby promoting the senescence‐associated secretory phenotype (SASP) through activation of the STAT3 signaling pathway, mediated by UPS‐induced degradation of p‐STAT3.

Versatile roles of disordered transcription factor effector domains in transcriptional regulation
Disordered effector domains (EDs) of transcription factors (TFs) play versatile roles in transcriptional regulation. These include mediating protein–protein interactions with protein complexes like, facilitating condensate formation to enhance transcriptional efficiency, modulating DNA‐binding specificity through genome scanning, and serving as hubs ...
