Filtering Power Amplifier With Up to 4th Harmonic Suppression
Unlike conventional conception that power amplifier and filter are regarded as two separate components and designed separately, this paper presents a high efficiency power amplifier with filtering capability, which is called filtering power amplifier ...

A wideband 0.9–2.4 GHz 25 W high‐efficiency Gallium Nitride radio frequency power amplifier
In this work, a 0.9–2.4 GHz, 25 W output power, radio frequency (RF) power amplifier based on Class‐E switchmode topology has been analyzed. A load‐pull simulation method is used to optimize the power performance in the operating band.

GaN HEMT PA with over 84% power added efficiency
Described are the design procedure and measured performance of a PA targeted for the W-CDMA downlink band exhibiting over 84% PAE at 2.14%GHz. The PA is designed with an uncharacterised GaN HEMT. A measurement-based design approach is used to optimise the source and load impedance at the fundamental frequency with class-F -1 harmonic terminations ...

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

High Performance and Highly Robust AlN/GaN HEMTs for Millimeter-Wave Operation
We report on a 3 nm AlN/GaN HEMT technology for millimeter-wave applications. Electrical characteristics for a 110 nm gate length show a maximum drain current density of 1.2 A/mm, an excellent electron confinement with a low leakage current below 10 ...

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

Design and Simulation for a High-efficiency Class-B Power Amplifier
A class-B power amplifier with high output power and high power added efficiency (PAE) is designed in this paper. Based on the ADS tools of load-pull and source-pull, the optimal load impedance and source impedance can be obtained, respectively.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
