TSG From <i>Polygonum multiflorum</i> Thunb. Attenuates Experimental Premature Ovarian Insufficiency in Association With Reduced ZBP1/PANoptosis Signaling. [PDF]

This study shows that TSG, the major bioactive constituent of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., ameliorates POI in association with suppression of ZBP1‐driven PANoptosis. In a POI rat model, TSG restored estrous cyclicity, improved hormone profiles, and preserved follicular reserve.
