This study uncovers a previously unrecognized copper‐COMMD1‐SOD1 regulatory axis, revealing that pathological copper overload paradoxically suppresses SOD1 activity by promoting COMMD1‐dependent disruption of SOD1 homodimerization. These findings redefine the regulatory role of copper in SOD1 biology and provide novel mechanistic insight into the ...

Aberrant GALNT7‐mediated O‐GalNAcylation stabilizes TAZ to drive gallbladder cancer progression through a feed‐forward transcriptional loop. Structure‐based screening identifies Olaparib as a potent GALNT7 antagonist that disrupts this oncogenic axis, providing an immediate therapeutic strategy for this aggressive malignancy.

Chylothorax associated with primary membranous nephropathy: a case report
Chylothorax is a state in which pleurisy is induced by chylomicron leakage due to lymphatic injury. Membranous nephropathy (MN) is one of the relatively common glomerular diseases that cause nephrotic syndrome in adults. Chylothorax at the onset of nephrotic syndrome is very rare in adult patients. We report a case of chylothorax associated with primary

In diabetic kidney disease, elevated podocyte ANGPTL4 is linked to reduced TFEB nuclear localization and compromised lysosomal degradative function. These changes impair podocyte lipophagy and promote lipid‐droplet accumulation and podocyte injury, which may contribute to renal injury progression.
