We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...

Eigenvalues of Sturm-Liouville operators and prime numbers
We show that there is no function $q(x)\in L_2(0,1)$ which is the potential of a Sturm-Liouville problem with Dirichlet boundary condition whose spectrum is a set depending nonlinearly on the set of prime numbers as suggested by Mingarelli [7].

Pseudo-prime number simulation and its application for security purpose
Many public cryptography schemes rely on the use of prime numbers like for encryption and decryption. A prime number is one number that is widely used and large and consists of hundreds of digits, so it takes time to test whether the numbers are prime or

Primality, Fractality, and Image Analysis
This paper deals with the hidden structure of prime numbers. Previous numerical studies have already indicated a fractal-like behavior of prime-indexed primes. The construction of binary images enables us to generalize this result.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

This paper introduces a new key geometric way to understand Mersenne prime numbers. It discovers a shape called the Mersenne Star, which appears naturally from a special sequence named the Quanta Prime Sequence (QPS).

Una aproximación a la Conjetura de Goldbach
One of the mathematical problems that seems to be very true, but lacks a demonstration, is Goldbach's conjecture posed since 1742.The present article makes a critical analysis, where several proposals for its solution were compiled, with a ...
