Annals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from patients who underwent hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) using LCA‐based grading system. These findings provide a new risk stratification framework for the design of precision surgery to treat patients with HCC.
