Label‐Free SERS Fingerprinting of Neuroprotein Conformational Dynamics in Human Saliva
Galvanic molecular entrapment (GME) is a label‐free method for detecting and quantifying neuroprotein conformational states. This technique enables direct surface binding and in situ hotspot generation around molecules, effectively overcoming challenges related to target localization and mismatched hotspot geometries.

Promoting Treg Polarization‐Mediated Anti‐Scar and Appendage Regeneration in Wound Healing
This study develops a PLGA@LA‐BMP4‐PG bilayer scaffold to address scar formation and appendage loss in skin repair. The piezoelectric PLA layer enhances cell migration via electric fields, while GelMA delivers LA promoting Tregs polarization and BMP4 inhibiting FBs differentiation.

Protective effect of surfactant inhalation against warm ischemic injury in an isolated rat lung ventilation model. [PDF]
Warm ischemia-reperfusion injury remains a crucial issue in transplantation following the cardiac death of donors. Previously, we showed that surfactant inhalation during warm ischemia mitigated ischemia-reperfusion injury.

This research identified cardiac amyloid pathology, neurotrophic factor depletion, and reduced myocardial nerve function in a transgenic model of cerebral amyloidosis (Tg2576), Aβ‐challenged cardiomyocytes, and in human AD heart tissue. These findings carry significant diagnostic and therapeutic implications, emphasizing the role of neuro‐signaling ...
