Abstract Despite advancements in reperfusion therapy, myocardial ischaemia–reperfusion (IR) injury remains a major clinical challenge. This study investigated whether a novel dual‐target pre‐conditioning strategy using sinomenine and irisin could enhance myocardial resistance against IR injury.
