Diets, Fruit and Vegetable Intake and Nutritional Status in Tanzania: Scoping Review

open access: yesMaternal &Child Nutrition, EarlyView.
This scoping review summarizes evidence on diets, fruit and vegetable (F&V) intake, and nutritional status in Tanzania to identify information gaps and to help with the design and targeting of potential interventions to improve F&V intake. While the majority of existing literature on diets and F&V intake was heterogeneous, evidence suggests that among ...

Conspecific cueing or cooperative feeding?—Foraging stable flies are visually attracted to conspecific flies

open access: yesMedical and Veterinary Entomology, EarlyView.
In two‐choice laboratory bioassays, food‐deprived and CO2‐stimulated stable flies were offered paired landing platforms that were baited or not (control) with conspecific flies. The presence of conspecifics prompted the attraction and landing of foraging stable flies.

Molecular Chaperone Networks in Plants: Maintaining Proteostasis and Enhancing Stress Resilience for Crop Improvement

open access: yesPlant, Cell &Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Molecular chaperones play a central role in the plant proteostasis machinery by aiding the folding of nascent proteins, preventing aggregation, and repairing or degrading damaged proteins. These functions are especially essential during abiotic and biotic stress, which can destabilise cellular proteins and disrupt metabolic homoeostasis.

Healthy New Communities: An Equity‐Based Population Health Approach to Improving Health Outcomes for Refugee and Migrant Communities

open access: yesHealth Promotion Journal of Australia, Volume 37, Issue 3, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Issue Addressed Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities have unique strengths, needs, and health seeking behaviours reflecting their cultural background. Therefore, top‐down population‐level health promotion initiatives with externally imposed performance indicators are frequently ineffective in CALD contexts. Accordingly, the
