Multi-Constrained Geometric Guidance Law with a Data-Driven Method

open access: yesDrones, 2023
A data-driven geometric guidance method is proposed for the multi-constrained guidance problem of variable-velocity unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Firstly, a two-phase flight trajectory based on a log-aesthetic space curve (LASC) is designed.

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

An Ultrasonic Ridge-Tracking Method Based on Limiter Sliding Window Filter and Fuzzy Pure Pursuit Control for Ridge Transplanter

open access: yesAgriculture
There are various types of fruits and vegetables that need to be planted on ridges. In order to allow for seedlings with a certain row space and seedling space, the ridge transplanter should be able to track along the ridge.

Spatial and single‐nuclei transcriptomics reveals idiosyncratic and generic patterns in papillary and anaplastic thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

An Optimal Guidance Strategy for Moving-Target Interception by a Multirotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Swarm

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
To solve the problem of intercepting a moving target by a multirotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarm, an optimal guidance strategy is proposed. The proposed guidance law is based on the integration of the classic pure pursuit guidance law and Kuhn ...

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Improved Pure Pursuit Algorithm Based Path Tracking Method for Autonomous Vehicle

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics
Pure pursuit algorithm is commonly used in path tracking control of autonomous vehicle for its high real-time performance. Due to the problem of “taking shortcuts,” traditional pure pursuit algorithms usually have the problem of low path tracking accuracy in curved road scenarios.
