The Effects of Lighted Incubation on Traits and Composition of Broiler Breast Meat
Green LED lighting during incubation did not alter meat colour, ultimate pH, water‐holding capacity, or nutrient composition but increased initial pH. It enhanced levels of specific saturated fatty acids (C17:0, C20:0, C23:0), DHA, asparagine, and glutamine, indicating improved nutritional value.
