A family of purinylidene based Ir(III) emitters, namely, f‐ct2a–d, are synthesized and utilized as both dopants and sensitizers in the construction of efficient purple to deep‐blue organic light‐emitting diode devices. It is very challenging to achieve highly efficient and low roll‐off purple to deep‐blue organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) due to ...

A cytotoxic survey on 2‐amino‐1H‐imidazol based synthetic marine sponge alkaloid analogues
Abstract Here, we describe the synthesis and biologic activity evaluation of 20 novel synthetic marine sponge alkaloid analogues with 2‐amino‐1H‐imidazol (2‐AI) core. Cytotoxicity was tested on murine 4T1 breast cancer, A549 human lung cancer, and HL‐60 human myeloid leukemia cells by the resazurin assay.

Abstract The use of stable photosensitizers made on a multigram‐scale from cheap and available starting materials offers an extraordinary opportunity to translate small‐scale proof‐of‐concept photoreactions to widespread applications in non‐specialized laboratories, thereby promoting the implementation of light‐driven syntheses.

Purine-pyrimidine symmetry, determinative degree and DNA [PDF]
Various symmetries connected with purine-pyrimidine content of DNA sequences are studied in terms of the intruduced determinative degree, a new characteristics of nucleotide which is connected with codon usage. A numerological explanation of CG pressure is proposed. A classification of DNA sequences is given.

RFWD3 Reprograms Nucleotide Metabolism Through PHGDH to Induce Chemoresistance In Osteosarcoma
RFWD3 is identified as a key regulator of cisplatin (DDP) sensitivity in osteosarcoma using a genome‐wide CRISPR screen. RFWD3 promotes PHGDH ubiquitination, enhancing NAD+‐mediated nucleotide biosynthesis. Knocking out RFWD3 sensitized osteosarcoma cells to DDP.

The vanishing of self-extensions over n-symmetric algebras of quasitilted type [PDF]
A ring R satisfies the Generalized Auslander-Reiten Condition if any R-module M with no self-extensions in degrees higher than m must have projective dimension at most m. We prove that this condition is satisfied by all n-symmetric algebras of quasitilted type- a broad class of self-injective algebras where every module is periodic under the Nakayama ...

Targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b: A Novel Combinatorial Strategy to Drive Adult Cardiac Regeneration
The article explores a novel therapeutic strategy for cardiac regeneration by targeting miRNA‐1a and miRNA‐15b. Combinatorial inhibition of miR‐1a and miR‐15b enhances cardiomyocyte proliferation, improves heart function, and reduces fibrosis in myocardial infarction models.
