High-Speed Three-Dimensional Aerial Vehicle Evasion Based on a Multi-Stage Dueling Deep Q-Network

open access: yesAerospace, 2022
This paper proposes a multi-stage dueling deep Q-network (MS-DDQN) algorithm to address the high-speed aerial vehicle evasion problem. High-speed aerial vehicle pursuit and evasion are an ongoing game attracting significant research attention in the ...

An Introduction to Pursuit-evasion Differential Games [PDF]

open access: yes2020 American Control Conference (ACC), 2020
Pursuit and evasion conflicts represent challenging problems with important applications in aerospace and robotics. In pursuit-evasion problems, synthesis of intelligent actions must consider the adversary's potential strategies. Differential game theory provides an adequate framework to analyze possible outcomes of the conflict without assuming ...

Targeting UXS1‐Dependent Glucuronate Detoxification Potentiates Metformin's Anti‐Tumor Efficacy in Lung Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that metformin promotes glucuronic acid metabolism in lung adenocarcinoma by activating UGDH S476 phosphorylation and enhancing the conversion of UDPG to UDPGA based on metabolomics analysis. Through compound virtual screening, it is found that plantainoside targeting UGDH downstream UXS1 leads to UDPGA toxicity accumulation ...

Game Tree Search-based Impulsive Orbital Pursuit–Evasion Game with Limited Actions

open access: yesSpace: Science & Technology
This paper focuses on the impulsive orbital pursuit–evasion game (OPEG) with limited action sets for the pursuer and evader. Initially, a mathematical model is developed by combining game theory and orbital dynamics, forming a finite-round impulsive OPEG

Pursuer’s Control Strategy for Orbital Pursuit-Evasion-Defense Game with Continuous Low Thrust Propulsion

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2019
This paper studies the orbital pursuit-evasion-defense problem with the continuous low thrust propulsion. A control strategy for the pursuer is proposed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the differential game. First, the system is described

Active Target Defense Differential Game with a Fast Defender

open access: yes, 2015
This paper addresses the active target defense differential game where an Attacker missile pursues a Target aircraft. A Defender missile is fired by the Target's wingman in order to intercept the Attacker before it reaches the aircraft.

CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

An improved lion strategy for the lion and man problem

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, a novel lion strategy for David Gale's lion and man problem is proposed. The devised approach enhances a popular strategy proposed by Sgall, which relies on the computation of a suitable "center".

DMAP1 Deficiency Suppresses Lung Cancer Progression by Destabilizing Replication Fork and Activating IFN Signaling‐Mediated Anti‐tumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer‐related death. We investigated the role of the epigenetic regulator DMAP1 in NSCLC and found that its loss induces replication stress and DNA damage. This in turn activates type I IFN signaling via the cGAS–STING pathway and transcriptional ISG de‐repression, enhancing anti‐tumor immune responses ...
