A new family of phosphorescent Pt(II) complexes with pyrimidinedipyrrolide ligands, including a pyrazine analog, was designed and synthesized. Their emission properties can be finely tuned via ligand modification, revealing strong phosphorescence originating from intraligand charge transfer transitions.

Fluoro substituents on a benzene ring linked to a 2‐bromoaryl group enables the selective activation of one of its CH bonds via Pd‐1,4‐migration. Then, Pd‐catalyzed direct coupling with heteroarenes produces C2’‐heteroarylated 1,1′‐biaryls. In this reaction, the new C–C bond arises from the functionalization of two CH bonds.

GC–MS analysis of alkylpyrazines in the pyrolysis oils of silica-polyethylenimine CO2 sorbents
Solid sorbents based on silica and polyethyleneimine (PEI) are intensively investigated in the field of carbon capture and storage (CCS). Pyrolysis was proposed as a thermal process to recover the pure silica from exhausted sorbents and convert PEI into ...

An orthogonal spirobifluorene‐fusion strategy is introduced for B/N/O‐alternated MR frameworks, enabling improved kRISC (5.46 × 103 s−1), high ΦPL (97%), and narrow‐band pure‐red emission. Vacuum‐evaporated OLEDs incorporating this emitter achieve an EQEmax >40% (FWHM = 36 nm) and exhibit exceptionally low efficiency roll‐off at high luminance ...

Luzhou‐Flavor Baijiu Alleviates Stress‐Related Depressive‐Like Changes by NMDAR‐NO‐sGC‐cGMP Pathway
Luzhou‐flavor baijiu (LFB) alleviates depressive‐like phenotypes in CRS‐induced mice and protects HT22 cells from corticosterone damage, with mechanisms linked to suppressing the NMDAR‐nNOS/iNOS‐NO‐sGC‐cGMP pathway. ABSTRACT Moderate alcohol consumption has been suggested to alleviate anxiety and depression; however, it remains unclear whether Luzhou ...

Ammonium dinitramide (ADN) and 3,4‐Diaminofurazan (DAF) form a 1:1 energetic cocrystal. We report its crystal structure and spectroscopic signature and evaluate thermal stability, decomposition behavior, hygroscopicity, and combustion properties. Propellant performance calculations benchmark the material against guanylurea dinitramide (GuDN) and ...
