The photoelectron spectra of the diazanaphthalenes [PDF]

open access: yes, 1972
The high-resolution He 584 Å photoelectron spectra of ten diazanaphthalenes are presented. The ordering of the π orbitals and the nitrogen “lone-pair” orbitals is discussed.

Nitrate Enhances Gastric Mucosa Defense and Repair Process in Ethanol‐Induced Gastric Ulcer Rats via the Notch–Tff2 Pathway

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 2, February 2026.
Nitrate protects the three major barriers of the gastric mucosa, alleviating bleeding and inflammation of ethanol‐induced gastric ulcer in rats, and promotes migration of gastric epithelial cells, accelerating the restoration of the ulcerated epithelium, which is strongly related to TFF2, a gastric mucosal protective factor negatively regulated by the ...

Design, Synthesis, and Evaluation of Naphthyl Pyrazino‐Pyrido‐Pyrimidinones Targeting the Phosphoinositide 3‐Kinase/Alpha‐Serine/Protein Kinase B/Mammalian Target of Rapamycin Pathway

open access: yesChemistryOpen, Volume 15, Issue 2, February 2026.
Rationally designed naphthyl pyrazino‐pyrido‐pyrimidinones 3 and 4 inhibited 85%–94% of cancer cell growth. Compound 4 exhibited IC50 = 7.8–12.8 µM with tumor selectivity. Both induced G1 arrest and modulated ULK1, STAT3, alpha‐serine/protein kinase B (AKT), and autophagy via phosphoinositide 3‐kinase/mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/mTOR ...

N-Cyclohexyl-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzamide [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
The 3,5-methoxy groups in the title compound, C16H23NO4, are almost coplanar with the aromatic ring, whereas the 4-methoxy group is bent out of this plane. The three CH3—O—C—C torsion angles are -1.51 (18), 0.73 (19) and 75.33 (15)°.

Recent Advances in Homogeneous Catalysis with Platinum Group Pincer Complexes: Hydrogen‐Mediated Transformations and Cross‐Coupling Reactions

open access: yesThe Chemical Record, Volume 26, Issue 1, January 10, 2026.
Platinum group pincer complexes are highly efficient catalysts. Additionally, their high activity enables challenging transformations with low catalyst loading. Herein, we summarize the most relevant advances of catalysis involving platinum group pincer complexes. The use of pincer complexes based on platinum group metals is undoubtedly one of the most

High-Yield Synthesis of N4-(3-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-((4-methoxybenzyl)thio)quinazoline-4,6-diamine via N-(3-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-((4-methoxybenzyl)thio)-6-nitroquinazolin-4-amine

open access: yesMolbank
The target compound, N4-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-((4-methoxybenzyl)thio)quinazoline-4,6-diamine, was synthesized in two steps from N-(3-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-7-fluoro-6-nitroquinazolin-4-amine by a nucleophilic aromatic substitution, yielding N-(3 ...
