Role of Racecadotril in Children with Acute Diarrhea
Background: Diarrhea is a leading cause of illness and death among children in developing countries. Racecadotril (acetorphan), an enkephalinase inhibitor with antisecretory and anti-diarrheal actions, is an effective and safe treatment for acute diarrhea in adults and children. Objectives: The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy ...

Determination of racecadotril by HPLC in capsules
A simple, precise and rapid RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of racecadotril in a pharmaceutical formulation using gemfibrozil as internal standard. Ratio of the peak area of analyte to internal standard was used for quantification. The chromatographic separation was carried out by using a Reverse Phase C18 column (BDS-Hypersil).

Aqueous solubility governs drug delivery and bioavailability, yet its prediction remains challenging. Utilizing the largest curated dataset of drug‐like molecules, prediction models are constructed through dual‐perspective benchmarking. Stacking methods outperform advanced deep learning due to data constraints. These validated models enabled systematic
