A Rapid Radiochemical Purity Testing Method for 99mTc-Tetrofosmin [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Nuclear Medicine Technology, 2010
The standard radiochemical purity (RCP) testing method for (99m)Tc-tetrofosmin as described in the package insert requires extensive time (20-30 min) and considerable skill to achieve accurate results. Additionally, the instant thin-layer chromatography strip impregnated with silica gel (2x20 cm) used in the standard method will not be commercially ...

Determination of Radiochemical Purity of 99mTc-DTPA Using One-System Method of Paper Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Pure and Applied Chemistry Research, 2019
The more efficient and effective quality control techniques for 99mTc-DTPA are needed because 99mTc has a short half-life of around 6.0 hours. We have succeeded in developing a one-system of TLC for radiochemical purity testing system that is faster and ...

An Alternative Method for Determining the Radiochemical Purity of 99mTc-Tetrofosmin [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Nuclear Medicine Technology, 2011
The instant thin-layer chromatographic method of determining the radiochemical purity of (99m)Tc-tetrofosmin recommended by the manufacturer uses a mixture of acetone and dichloromethane (35:65 v/v) as the solvent and a silica gel (SG) strip as the solid phase. Currently, SG strips are not available commercially and an alternative solid phase is needed.

The Development and Pilot Clinical Study of CD147 Targeted Antagonistic Peptide Probe for Tumor Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes [68Ga]Ga‐DOTA‐AP9 as a first‐in‐human CD147‐targeted PET tracer with favorable safety and specific tumor uptake. Tracer accumulation correlates with CD147 expression in patients, enabling noninvasive quantification of CD147‐positive malignancies.
