Effects of resveratrol on the cell viability of RAW 264.7 macrophage cells.
RAW 264.7 cells were treated with 1, 5, and 10 µM of resveratrol without LPS treatments or with 5 µg/ml LPS or with 1 µM wortmannin treatments for 24 h. RAW 264.7 cells viability was measured and expressed as mean ± SEM for three independent experiments.

Immunomodulatory Effect of the Biofield Energy Treated Cell Growth Medium (DMEM) and FBS in Immune Cells (Murine Macrophage RAW 264.7) [PDF]
The objective of the present study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) and fetal bovine serum (FBS) in murine macrophage cells (RAW 264.7).

A Transformer‐based AI framework, DLINP, screens millions of compounds to identify Co68, a cobalt‐pincer organometallic complex that biases TLR4‐MD2 signaling toward antitumor interferon activation while suppressing inflammatory toxicity through an early TLR4‐SYK‐STAT1 axis.

Natural‐Inspired Engineered Microalgae With Selenium Enrichment Enabled Potent Anti‐Tumor Immunity
Se‐Ssp was engineered as a potent immunomodulator for activating innate immunity via the TLR and cGAS‐STING pathways, therefore converting “cold” tumors into “hot” tumors to achieve high efficacy and long‐term therapeutic outcomes. ABSTRACT Immunotherapy has shed light on clinical oncology for several decades.

Macrophage‐derived MLKL in alcohol‐associated liver disease: Regulation of phagocytosis
EtOH causes leaky gut allowing bacteria and PAMPs into the liver, resulting in hepatic inflammation and injury. We demonstrate that LPS induces STAT1‐mediated expression and phosphorylation of MLKL in macrophages and identify a novel function that myeloid MLKL translocates to phagosomes and lysosomes and regulates phagocytosis, which contributes to the

Modulation of Macrophage Polarization by Phospholipids on the Surface of Titanium
Macrophage polarization has become increasingly important for the improvement of the biocompatibility of biomaterials. In this study, we coated Ti discs with phospholipids (phosphatidylserine/phosphatidylcholine [4:1 mole/mole]) by evaporating the ...

Cytotoxicity of bismuth nanoparticles in the murine macrophage cell line RAW 264.7
A promising use of bismuth nanoparticles (BiNPs) for different biomedical applications leads to a search for the elucidation of their toxicity mechanisms, since toxicity studies are still at early stage. In the current study, cytotoxic effects of BiNPs produced by laser ablation in solution (LASiS) was investigated in the murine macrophage line RAW 264.

The release of microparticles by RAW 264.7 macrophage cells stimulated with TLR ligands [PDF]
Abstract TLR ligands induce microparticle release by macrophages and highlight the importance of nitric oxide. MPs are small membrane-bound particles that originate from activated and dying cells and mediate intercellular communication. Once released from cells, MPs can serve as novel signaling elements in innate immunity,
