In this prospective observational cohort study, 34 patients with moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis received biologic therapy (anti‐TNF‐α, anti‐IL‐12/23, or anti‐IL‐17) for 6 months. Carotid intima–media thickness decreased significantly in the overall cohort (p < 0.01), with the greatest reductions in the anti‐IL‐17 and anti‐IL‐12/23 groups.
